Heading to the library or bookstore and finding a book dedicated to Pilates and techniques is a good way to find answers, definitely better then a broad Google search. However, finding a studio with Pilates trainers tends to be the most accurate way to find the help you need. A person who can actually see you can give you advice based on YOU and what YOU are doing or not doing. Never be afraid to seek out one of these avenues.
